Workshops to get you started and keep you going

Workshops are a great option to learn Pilates, fitness, and conditioning techniques so that you work out correctly over a period of time. Often an entry point when you are new or returning to a workout routine, workshops are taught by certified fitness and Pilates instructors and will help you progress and feel confident about your workout. Workshops are generally four to six weeks in length. Attending regularly for a set period of time will motivate you and hold you accountable.

*All workshops require enrollment ahead of time and are non-refundable after enrollment.

Absolute Beginning Pilates Group Reformer 6-week Workshop


New to Pilates and/or the Pilates Reformer equipment? This workshop is a perfect place for you to start. Everyone is a beginner in this workshop!

Think Pilates 101!

It’s easy to be intimidated by the equipment in a Pilates studio. The Pilates reformer makes a dramatic impression when you first see one, but once you get started, and continue over a period of time, it will make an even more dramatic change in your body.

If your hesitation has been how to use the machine correctly, or how to get started when it looks so challenging, this workshop is your answer!

Babywearing Barre Fitness Workout For New Moms (or dads!)

This is a “Mommy & Me” workout for new moms and their babies! But we welcome anyone wearing a baby, as well as those expecting one!

Bring your baby and your baby carrier and head to the ballet barre for a 45-minute barre workout that offers a blend of Pilates conditioning and barre fitness principles. Moms (or dads, grandparents, etc.) enjoy a low-impact toning workout while babies experience movement, rocking motions, soothing music, and added one-on-one time.

This Babywearing Barre workout is great for all fitness levels. No experience is necessary. Expectant moms who want to get a jump on their postpartum conditioning are welcome! (Check with your doctor about participating in a prenatal workout.)

Bring a comfortable and secure baby carrier with support for baby and mom. Wear comfortable workout clothing, ballet shoes or sneakers, and bring a water bottle.
