Set to a captivating, reimagined score of Mozart's timeless opera, Stephen Mills' production of The Magic Flute draws you into the world of Prince Tamino, Princess Pamina and their crafty ally, the bird catcher, Papageno. The three must survive trials and tribulations, romantic complications, and the scheming Queen of the Night to find their happy endings, while relying on a magical instrument that touches the hearts of all who hear it. Shadow puppetry mixed with fantastical costumes makes for a visually arresting ballet that will delight audiences of all ages. Featuring live accompaniment by Austin Symphony Orchestra.
