Our experienced and certified Pilates instructors will get you started and encourage you along the way.

  1. Purchase the Little Black Dress Challenge for $443.30 (valued at $510)
  2. Once you make your purchase, email the Pilates Center to book your private session
  3. Begin the Challenge with the 2 Private Pilates reformer sessions followed by the 10 Group Reformer classes. Schedule online once you complete your 2 privates.
  4. We recommend 2 to 3 group reformer classes per week for best results.

The Wedding Dress Challenge

In as little as 8 weeks, lose weight and tone back muscles, arms and abs in time for your wedding day! 15 Pilates sessions and 3 dance and/or conditioning classes.

Valued at $672, you pay less than $515!

  3. Begin the Challenge with the3 45-minute private reformer sessions (private sessions should be booked first unless you are experienced on the reformer)
  4. Schedule the 12 group reformer classes online.
  5. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week for best results.
  6. This package also includes 3 drop-in dance and fitness classes through Ballet Austin's Butler Center for Dance & Fitness to supplement your Pilates workouts.
