What is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates exercises tend to target the core, but also work other areas of your body, and can be customized to what your body needs most. You can do Pilates with or without equipment, but our Pilates Center focuses on Pilates exercises on equipment that will help condition the whole body.
