Pilates is more than just a workout. It's a system of more than 500 exercises that condition the whole body, help us breathe more efficiently, and engage the mind. The blend of resistance, strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles. Pilates works the entire body through continuous motion, with a specific focus on the core. Doing Pilates on a regular basis will help you get the kind of shape and strength you're after, as well as increase your flexibility.
Our professionally certified instructors will design and individualize a workout program that is safe and challenging, focusing on your body’s needs. The first step for new clients is to become oriented to the Pilates reformers, learn how Pilates works, and determine the best workout for you going forward. That is best done through private sessions*.
*At least 2 private reformer sessions are recommended before booking group reformer classes. You may take advantage of any or all of the New Clients options below to get started.
Please make private lesson requests at least 24 hours in advance of your requested time.
