PINK PILATES is offered at NO COST for women recently diagnosed with breast cancer, recovering from surgery, or in ongoing treatment.

This workshop includes a weekly class that offers rehabilitative help in the breast cancer recovery process; inspiring hope and restoring movement. The class offers a specialized program focusing on gradually increasing range of motion through the shoulders and strengthening the back. Each session gently stretches and strengthens the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain and/or maintain a full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer and surgery.

Held at Ballet Austin’s Butler Dance Education Center, 501 W. 3rd St., Austin, TX — a non-medical, welcoming environment.

Instructors: Personal and compassionate instruction is given by Claire Street and Tia Garaas, Certified Pilates Instructors.

Feel free to enroll in any or all of the above workshops. The more often you come, the better for seeing results. If a workshop has already begun, we welcome you to join us. Please call 512-501-8704 for assistance enrolling after a start date.

Because these workshops fill, if your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know.
