Class Package Policies & Details
We value your commitment to lifelong health and wellness, which is why our class packages are valid for longer than most competitors. We understand that life happens, and plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about our class packages:
- Package Validity:
- Class packages are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Single classes expire 45 days from the date of purchase.
- One-month unlimited packages and introductory offers are valid for 31 days from the date of purchase.
- Fees & Restrictions:
- A $10 late cancellation/NO SHOW fee applies to unlimited packages.
- Unlimited packages will not be sold during extended holiday periods.
- Class Scheduling:
- Class times and instructors are subject to change. Purchases are non-refundable due to schedule changes.
- Special Offers:
- The $5 FIRST CLASS offer is available for new clients only and expires 45 days after purchase.
- To receive the student/senior discount (10% off eligible packages), present a valid ID at Ballet Austin. Discounts are applied after verification.
Important Notes:
- Discounts and memberships cannot be combined. Only one discount or special offer will apply at the point of sale.
