Research shows about 80% of people have complained about having low-back pain at least once in their life. Pilates has been shown clinically to significantly reduce the effects of muscular-skeletal back pain. The precise movements and instruction on core engagement help to strengthen the core, including the back, and reduce pain.

You will receive individual attention and instruction customized to your physical condition. After 10 sessions you will feel the difference.

As Joseph Pilates said: “If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”
