Group tickets can only be purchased either by phone or in person. You can reach us at 512-476-2163, Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. CT (available on weekdays, except for major holidays).
A minimum of 20 people is required to receive a 10% discount.
Yes, seats can be held pending payment for a brief period, depending on when the request is made. However, if the production date is within 2 weeks, we cannot hold seats and full payment is required to reserve your seats.
Yes, accessible seating is available on every level of the Dell Hall at the Long Center, including seating for wheelchairs, scooters, etc. If you require audio description services, our Ticketing Services team must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
If there is availability, we are happy to discuss adding seats to your group. However, we cannot guarantee that the additional tickets can be seated with your original tickets.
Please note that once a group order is purchased, there are no refunds.
Once your purchase is complete, physical tickets will be mailed to the group leader.
Group tickets are issued as physical tickets. Once issued, the group leader is responsible for distributing them and keeping track of who has each ticket.
We cannot reprint lost tickets unless we know the exact seat location of the lost ticket. We strongly recommend that the group leader track who has received which seat.
Parking options include:
- Valet Parking for $20 – $40*
- Palmer Event Center Garage, next to the Long Center for $10 – $12*
- One Texas Center parking garage, a short walk from the Long Center for $10*

Please arrive early if your bus or large van cannot fit in the Long Center parking garage (maximum height: 8’0″ on the first level, 7’2″ on all other levels) or the One Texas Center parking garage due to its size and height restrictions. In this case, you will need to park your vehicle off–site and return at the end of the performance to pick up your group. A suggested off–site parking option is Austin High School (512.414.2505). Be sure to contact the school in advance to confirm that you can access their parking lot.
