CAN I DONATE BY CHECK?

Yes! Ballet Austin is happy to accept donations by check. Please click the link above for our downloadable donation form.

CAN I DONATE BY PHONE?

Yes! Please call Brooke Holmes at 512.476.9151, ext. 114. Though our physical office is currently closed, we are working remotely and answering calls.

CAN I MAKE A DONATION OF STOCK?

Yes! Ballet Austin is happy to accept gifts of stock. Electronic delivery of stock shares is the fastest and most secure way to make this type of donation. Please provide your broker with the following information to initiate a stock transfer:

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARE ON FILE?

HOW DO I GET MY COMPANY TO MATCH MY GIFT?

If your company has a matching gift program, you will need to show documentation of your gift. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will email your acknowledgment letter to you as a PDF, but if you need a hard copy mailed, just let us know. You can contact Development Administrator Cassidy Schulze at cassidy.schulze@balletaustin.org.

CAN I MAKE AN IN-KIND DONATION?

Ballet Austin is always looking for in-kind donations to help off-set budgeted expenses and to use in various fundraising events, silent and live auctions. Some examples of in-kind services we use as part of our daily operations include:

  • Restaurant group meals and catering
  • Office furniture
  • Electronic equipment (computer and other)
  • Printing
  • Airfare and other travel for business purposes

Examples of in-kind donations we use for our fundraising events include:

  • Vacation get-away packages in private homes
  • Airline travel with vouchers or points
  • Jewelry – new or estate
  • Original artwork
  • Artist performance time to pair with events
