These workshops are taught by certified fitness and Pilates instructors, and will help you progress and feel confident.

Babywearing Barre Fitness Workout for New Moms (or dads!)

Yes! This is for new parents and their babies!

Are you ready to get your workout in, move your body, and work on your own health and wellness while your baby stays close?

Bring your baby and your baby carrier and head to the ballet barre for a 45-minute barre workout that offers a blend of conditioning with resistance bands and barre fitness principles that will help you focus on your overall health and wellness.

Moms (or dads, grandparents, etc.) enjoy a low-impact toning workout while babies experience movement, rocking motions, soothing music, and added one-on-one time. Connect with your body and connect with your baby!
