This is your opportunity to try a variety of fitness and conditioning classes, try the Pilates reformer, learn more about living healthy, visit with local health and wellness experts in our exhibit area, sample healthy foods, hear presentations from experts in the field, and have fun!

AGES: Classes are geared towards adults but we welcome families with children ages 12 and younger when accompanied by an adult.

Workshops are designed to introduce you to principles and methods of a particular workout, in 4 or 6 weeks.
Ballet Austin's state-of-the-art Pilates Center offers private and duet sessions and group classes.
