If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime and bring a valid ID. The Will Call table is located in the Main Lobby.
Tickets that were not purchased directly from Ballet Austin but through third-party websites or ticket brokers may not be valid and may have been purchased for more than face value.
- If you did not purchase your tickets from the Ballet Austin box office or online at our official website, balletaustin.org, be sure to check your tickets before you leave for the Long Center and contact the seller if you notice any problems.
- Ballet Austin does not have a record of purchases made through ticket brokers or resellers and may not be able to assist you if the tickets you purchased are missing scannable bar codes, seat numbers or other important information that proves their validity.
- Be safe and always purchase your tickets directly from Ballet Austin!

The theatre is located on Congress Ave, between 7th and 8th Streets.
600 CONGRESS AVENUE PARKING GARAGE
LOCATION
600 Congress Ave. Austin, Texas 78701
Located one block south, the garage entrance is off of 7th St between Congress Ave and Colorado St behind Citizen M Hotel, right across from Perry’s Steakhouse. You’ll see 600 CONGRESS PARKING GARAGE in big letters above the entrance. Vehicle height clearance is 6′ 7″.
COST
In order to receive the $11 Paramount parking rate, you must purchase an exit voucher from the Paramount Theatre bar before the show.
PARKING TICKET + VOUCHER NEEDED

Upon entry to the garage, you can either enter your phone number or swipe a payment card – this creates a record for your vehicle, and the gate arm will raise for entry.

Once at the Paramount, you can purchase your exit voucher at the Paramount Lobby bar for $11 – this is your physical exit voucher.

When leaving the garage, you will identify yourself using the method you used for entry (phone number or credit card swipe)

It will prompt you for payment, and this is when you will scan your exit voucher. The gate arm will then raise so you can exit.
HOURS
Parking for Paramount shows is valid 5pm–3am Monday–Friday, and all day Saturday-Sunday. Full parking rates apply outside of these hours.
Other parking options include CapMetro bus routes, seamless rideshare pullup, metered street parking, and more.
BAR & CONCESSIONS
BAG POLICY
Bags should not exceed 14″ x 12″ x 6″ in size. Clear bags preferred for expedited entry.
The following personal items are NOT permitted: food or beverage of any kind, weapons of any shape or size (including firearms, explosives, pocket knives, etc.), cameras or recorders of any kind.
