BALLET AUSTIN TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

General

All sales are final.  No refunds.  This ticket is a revocable license subject to all terms, conditions and policies established by Ballet Austin and this license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms.  Any conduct deemed by Ballet Austin, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be disorderly or disruptive shall be cause for automatic termination of the license represented by this ticket.  Every guest entering the theater requires a ticket, including infants and small children. “Lap seat” tickets are provided free of charge for children under the age of three and may be picked up at the venue box office 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance.  Unauthorized use of cameras or recording equipment of any kind is prohibited during all performances. By purchasing this ticket, you grant permission to Ballet Austin to use your image or likeness in connection with Ballet Austin’s recording, transmission or reproduction of the ticketed event.  Prices, performances, programming, dates and times are subject to change, at any time, without notice.

Protecting Against Fraudulent Ticket Purchases

By purchasing this ticket, you represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information is true, complete and correct and that, if you are not the holder of the credit card used to purchase this ticket, the holder is a family member or close acquaintance who has authorized your use of the card.  Purchasers are not permitted to conceal their identity by using multiple Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses or email addresses and are not authorized to sell or re-sell this ticket at any price without the prior express consent of Ballet Austin.  Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void.  Ballet Austin reserves the right to suspend orders or sharing capabilities for any tickets suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and will hold those tickets for “Will Call” pick-up at the venue box office. “Will Call” tickets may be picked up at the venue box office after the purchaser presents a photo ID and valid credit card.  Ticket exchanges for validly purchased tickets may only be made up to 48 hours prior to a performance for a different performance date or a different production within the current season.  Exchanges are free (no fees) for current Ballet Austin Season Ticket Holders.  For non-Season Ticket Holders, a $10 per order fee will be applied to ticket exchanges.
