2025/26 SCHOOL SHOWS

Each year approximately 14,000 Pre-K through 12th grade students and teachers attend Ballet Austin’s School Shows. The mission of these student matinees is to provide a live ballet performance at a minimal cost for students. For the vast majority of students, this program serves as an introduction to live performing arts in Central Texas. To enhance the field trip, Ballet Austin also provides educators with standards-aligned curricula to accompany most performances.

Save the dates for our 2026/27 School Shows:

  • Fables of the World School Shows Series: October 19, 2026 at 10am and 12pm
  • The Nutcracker School Shows: December 9-10, 2026 at 10am and 12pm
  • Ballet Austin TWO & Butler Fellowship Spring Performance School Show: March 5, 2027 at 12pm
