Ticket Refunds & Exchanges

There are NO REFUNDS on Ballet Austin tickets. See our complete Ticketing Terms & Conditions for more information. Exchanges must be requested no later than 48 hours before your originally scheduled performance for a different performance date or production within the current season. Exchanges are free for current Ballet Austin Season Ticket Holders and $10 per order for all non-season ticket holders. See our Performance FAQs page for more.

To request an exchange, contact our Ticketing Services Team by email at boxoffice@balletaustin.org or by phone at 512.476.2163 (Mon. – Fri. 12 pm – 5 pm). 

We will always do our best to get you as close to your previous seats as possible based on availability.

Redeeming Ballet Austin Credits/Gift Certificates

If you have a credit or a gift certificate you can redeem them by contacting our Ticketing Services Team by email at boxoffice@balletaustin.org or by phone at 512.476.2163 (Mon. – Fri. 12 pm – 5 pm)
