Redeeming Ballet Austin Credits/Gift Certificates

Gift Certificate(s) have been consolidated into Ballet Austin Credits that are saved to your personal account and will never expire.

These credits are easy to redeem at checkout by logging into your account when purchasing tickets online or by giving us a call.

Ticket Exchanges & Refunds

Ballet Austin DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS on any ticket purchases.

However, exchanges can be made up to 48 hours prior to a performance for a different performance date or a different production within the current season. Exchanges are free (no fees) for current Ballet Austin Season Ticket Holders. For non-Season Ticket Holders, a $10 per order fee will be applied to ticket exchanges. To request an exchange, contact our Ticketing Services Team by email at boxoffice@balletaustin.org or by phone at 512.476.2163 (Mon. – Fri. 12 pm – 5 pm).

We will always do our best to get you as close to your previous seats as possible based on availability.

Save 20% and enjoy total flexibility when you become a season ticket holder! You’ll also receive 20% off any additional tickets you purchase (including our most popular productions), receive special offers before the general public, and get free ticket exchanges.

Same seat renewals are only available when you purchase 4 and 5 seat packages for Ballet Austin productions at the Long Center.

Season Ticket Payment Plan Info

Ballet Austin offers payment plans allowing you to purchase your 2022/23 season tickets in up to four (4) installments. To set up a payment plan, please contact Ticketing Services weekdays from noon to 5 p.m. CT via email at boxoffice@balletaustin.org or by phone at 512.476.2163.

2022/23 Season Ticket Payment Plan Deadlines

4 months: Wednesday, April 27, 2022
3 months: Friday, May 27, 2022
2 months: Monday, June 27, 2022
