Redeeming Ballet Austin Credits

Any Gift Certificate(s) you have from cancelled 2020 Ballet Austin performances have been consolidated into Ballet Austin Credits that are saved to your personal account and will never expire.

These credits are easy to redeem at checkout by logging into your account when purchasing tickets online or by giving us a call.

How to redeem your Ballet Austin credits online

1. After selecting your tickets or package, be sure to login when you reach this page. If you don’t know your login, reset your password using the email address where you received this email. You must login in order to access your Ballet Austin credits at checkout.
