Ballet Workshops for Adults

Ballet workshops at several levels offered both on site and streamed virtually!

Ballet workshops teach the fundamentals of ballet to adults. It’s never too late to learn something new, revisit a childhood past-time, or fulfill a dream!

Ballet workshops are enrollment-based*, usually 6 weeks in length. Beyond the fun of learning ballet where Ballet Austin professional dancers train, the benefits of ballet include: Upper-body strength, core strength, improved flexibility, balance, and better posture.

  • If you have had previous ballet training you may also be interested in our Ballet classes for adults offered weekly on site at Ballet Austin or virtually.
