Ballet Workshops for Adults

Ballet workshops at several levels offered both on site and streamed virtually!

Ballet workshops teach the fundamentals of ballet to adults. It’s never too late to learn something new, revisit a childhood past-time, or fulfill a dream!

Ballet workshops are enrollment-based* and are offered during a set period of time. Beyond the fun of learning ballet where Ballet Austin professional dancers train, the benefits of ballet include: Upper-body strength, core strength, improved flexibility, balance, and better posture.

If you have had previous ballet training you may also be interested in our Ballet classes for adults offered weekly on site at Ballet Austin or virtually.

*All workshops require enrollment ahead of time and are non-refundable after enrollment.

On-site workshops are held at Ballet Austin’s Butler Dance Education Center, 501 W. 3rd St. 78701
