Ballet Workshops for Adults

It’s never too late to learn something new!

Take a moment to imagine: a studio of adult students, all beginners, learning something new, fulfilling dreams, escaping life’s concerns for a bit, and experiencing the beauty & artistry of ballet. Not to forget getting in a great workout!

Ballet workshops are enrollment-based*, usually 6 weeks in length, and are a great place to start if you have little or no ballet experience. Beyond the fun of learning ballet where Ballet Austin professional dancers train, the benefits of ballet include: Upper-body strength, core strength, improved flexibility, balance, and better posture.

  • If you have had previous ballet training you may also be interested in our Ballet classes for adults offered weekly on-site at Ballet Austin or virtually. Just drop in! Start any time and come when you can.
