Volunteer to work with us at Night of Community!

Ballet Austin’s Night of Community, created in 1997, is a program designed to welcome clients of Central Texas non-profit social service organizations, by sharing the final dress rehearsal for each of our five annual productions at The Long Center with our community. Over the years, it has been our honor and an important part of our mission, to offer over 150,000 performance tickets to those who might otherwise not have had the financial resources to attend.

Through the support of our underwriters and sponsors, Ballet Austin hopes to build positive, magical, and lasting memories for your clients, as part of our commitment to share the joy of live ballet performances with our community at no charge.

We are currently recruiting volunteers to help with Night of Community for POE / A Tale of Madness

The volunteer shift will be Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 6:00pm-7:45pm at The Long Center. Volunteers may stay and watch the performance after volunteering.

Volunteers will assist with welcoming our Night of Community guests, helping with Will Call, assisting clients of social service organizations to their seats, and will have the opportunity to view the performance.
