We offer a variety of mat-based Pilates classes at Ballet Austin.

Motivation, inspiration, quality attentive instruction. Experience the benefits of a workout using the principles of Pilates in one of our powerful on site classes taught by certified Pilates instructors.

Build a strong foundation in the Pilates method based on the exercises designed by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago. It won’t take long to feel and see results – improved strength, posture, agility and flexibility, as well as toned muscles. A variety of workouts are offered weekly that are adaptable to any fitness level, which makes them a challenging class for anyone.

Fitness and conditioning classes taught by our experienced and certified Pilates instructors are offered on our drop-in class schedule. This allows you to start any time and come when you can! Never taken a class? Your first class is $5. (for those NEW to Ballet Austin classes)
